Boom Lifts
Boom lifts, also known as aerial work platforms (AWP) and more recently mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) are machines capable of lifting people and equipment up and out to inaccessible areas for temporary periods. Many configurations are available, from drive engine (diesel or electric), boom actuation (straight-telescoping or articulating) and various lifting heights are available, from 30 feet to 185 feet. Additional features can be added for contractors such as power to platform (electrical), compressed air, or glass racks.
