He co-founded and ran Horizon High Reach from 1981-2001, and came to WCE LLC in 2006.
Shaun brings years of experience from all areas of the equipment business, from sales manager to parts and service manager to working in a CAT environment to business owner, he has a wealth of knowledge about the industry.

Dave founded West Coast Equipment, Inc. in 1984 and created West Coast Equipment LLC when he partnered with Shaun Flanagan and Jeff Davis in 2006.
We think that Dave is the finest high-reach, rough terrain forklift specialist in the country. The depth of his understanding when it comes to load charts and operating capacities helps his customers reduce their costs by keeping everyone safe.
He also helps his customers by providing safety training for AWP, Telehandler, and the Forklift.
You can rely on Dave to help you choose the right machine for the job.

He started his career with Horizon High Reach in 1989, then partnered with Shaun and Dave to form West Coast Equipment, LLC in 2006.
A gift for gab and a focus on customer service let Jeff’s customers know that if they have a problem, they only have call him once, and it’s taken care of.
Having started his career in the early 1990’s with Horizon as field mechanic,he worked his way up to service manager in 2001.
Prior to joining the West Coast team he worked with JLG Industries in Riverside.

Manny is our go-to parts guy. In fact, we challenge you to bring all your parts requests to Manny, not just what you think we stock.
We provide parts and service for Ingersoll-Rand, CAT, and GEHL. He’s the guy that if you need it, he can find it.
Manager - Escondido
Tony Cerone started his first job in the equipment rental field in 1999.
In 2003 he worked with California Forklift Company where in 2 years time as an account manager he helped increase business in rental, sales and parts revenue of over 12 million dollars. In 2008 Tony moved to JLG Industries as a service facility representative promoting warranty repair, parts sales and re-conditioning of JLG equipment for JLG clients across Southern California.
In 2010 Tony started with West Coast Equipment. Tony has seen West Coast Equipment grow at a terrific rate over 11 years and looks forward to continueing to help it grow and expand. He is now managing the WCE’s San Diego Location.
Manager - Paramount (LA)
Greg Flanagan has been in the Equipment Industry for over 30 years. He prides himself on nurturing good relationships with the people he works with and his customers. Good relationships are the key to a successful business.
Greg enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Gina, and their two kids. They are often found riding bicycles or doing something fun outdoors. Greg also races many types of 2-wheeled vehicles, with and without engines, and has done this for over 40 years.
Greg likes to try and drive down a new street and make a stranger laugh each day and every day.
Greg Lambert is the Controller for WCE in charge of all the accounting and finance functions for the company.
His education includes an accounting degree from Cal Poly Pomona and an MBA from Univ. of Redlands. Greg value team-work, integrity and effort which I try to achieve and encourage each day at West Coast Equipment.
Outside of work Greg is an avid golfer. (Though he says; “…not a good one by any means !”) He enjoys most all sports including pro football, Dodgers and Lakers and enjoying time with family and friends.
