regulatory advisory for reach forklifts

Regulatory Advisory:

Enforcement of the In-Use Off-Road Vehicle Regulation

Our current in-house project moves equipment owners into the future. Retrofitting older Telehandlers with new Tier 3 & 4 emissions compliant engines is the standard for Southern California.

Many new jobsites mandate that all diesel powered off-road construction equipment meet AQMD requirements. West Coast Equipment is the leader in this movement for re-powering telehandlers/ reach forklifts.

At West Coast Equipment we’ve been able to secure SCAQMD administered grants for many of our customers to repower their old Tier 0 and Tier 1 machines, into Tier 3 and Tier 4 clean burning engines.

The process for grant applications ends at various times during the year. Please contact our sales department today to inquire at sales@westcoastequipment.us

If you fail to register and comply with all State requirements, you are subject to fines of up to $10,000/day per machine. Your equipment must have a visible E.I.N. on both sides of the equipment.
